Responsibilities: - Assist in planning and implementing a variety of engaging activities for residents.
- Facilitate group activities such as games, crafts, music, and exercise.
- Assist residents with participation in activities.
- Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for residents.
Qualifications: - Experience working with seniors preferred, but not required.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
