A fast-growing, nationally recognized quick-service restaurant concept is seeking an experienced Area Coach to lead operations across a high-potential district in the Willamette Valley. This is for a motivated, people-focused multi-unit leader ready to develop teams, elevate performance, and grow with an expanding organization.

Territory Oversight: You will oversee 6 locations, including:

• Albany

• Lebanon

• Sweet Home

• Canby

• Molalla

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop 6 General Managers
• Drive operational excellence and guest experience across all units
• Improve sales, profitability, and staffing stability
• Ensure brand standards, food safety, and compliance
• Build strong bench strength and promote internal talent
• Execute local market initiatives and performance strategies

Compensation & Perks

• $90,000–$95,000 base salary
• Monthly bonus potential

Who We’re Looking For

• Proven multi-unit QSR leader (Area Coach/Area Manager/DM)
• Strong track record of coaching, accountability & performance growth
• Skilled in staffing, training, cost controls, and operational standards
• High-energy, people-first leadership style
• Ability to travel regularly between assigned locations
