Litigation Associate Attorney Location: Dallas, TX
Our client, a highly respected national trial firm, is seeking Litigation Associates to join its Dallas office. This is an outstanding opportunity for attorneys who want meaningful work, trial exposure, and long-term career growth in a collaborative, high-performance environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage litigation cases from start to finish with minimal partner oversight
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
- Collaborate with a team of experienced litigators and support staff
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school ( top third of class preferred )
- 3+ years of litigation experience ( trial experience a plus, not required )
- Ability to work independently and proactively manage cases
- Strong writing, research, and organizational skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary:2–3 years: $140,000–$150,000
- Senior Associates: $180,000+
- Benefits:401(k) with 6% match after 90 days
- Discretionary profit sharing

- HSA contribution: $1,200 annually
- Generous PTO: 19–29 days based on tenure, with rollover options
