🎨 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepping and refinishing vehicles to OEM standards
- Mixing, matching, and applying paint with precision
- Inspecting pre- and post-paint work for quality and accuracy
- Working with top-tier paint and equipment in a clean, organized facility
- Collaborating with body technicians and estimators to ensure timely completion
- Following all safety and environmental regulations
🔧 What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years of professional automotive painting experience
- Strong attention to detail with a passion for craftsmanship
- Ability to color match and blend seamlessly
- Familiarity with modern paint systems (waterborne & solvent-based)
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
