Job Summary
We are looking for a customer-focused and communicative Call Center Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Make outbound calls as required for follow-ups or customer outreach.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
- Follow scripts and call procedures when necessary.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction).
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, empathetic attitude.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM tools quickly.
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle difficult callers professionally.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
