Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused and communicative Call Center Representative to handle inbound/outbound calls, assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally.
  • Make outbound calls as required for follow-ups or customer outreach.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Resolve customer complaints or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the system.
  • Follow scripts and call procedures when necessary.
  • Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance targets (e.g., call handling time, customer satisfaction).
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive, empathetic attitude.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
  • Previous call center or customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn CRM tools quickly.
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and handle difficult callers professionally.
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
