Pharmacy Technician – Boulder, CO
Contract-to-Hire | $24.00–$27.00 per hour
Various Shifts:
- Monday - Friday: 6am-2:30pm shift
- Monday - Friday: 9: 30am-6:00 pm shift
- Monday - Friday: 11:30am-8:00 pm shift
Lakeshore Talent is thrilled to partner with a leading healthcare organization in search of skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technicians to join their team in the Gunbarrel neighborhood of Boulder, CO. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare and fill prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
- Operate and monitor advanced robotic dispensing systems to maintain speed, accuracy, and safety.
- Uphold all drug storage, security, and compliance protocols.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, organizing, and logging pharmaceutical supplies.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact between customers, healthcare providers, and pharmacy staff.
- Maintain precise documentation of patient profiles and medication plans.
Qualifications
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required.
- Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician License or Registration (provisional license acceptable).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with pharmacy software systems and accurate data entry.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of pharmacy terminology and mathematical calculations.
