Compensation: $140,000 - $170,000 base salary (flexible, open to conversation)
Strong bonus structure with high earning potential, based on billables and origination fees
Billable hour requirement: 150/month

Qualifications:

3-10 years' experience as an Attorney with a focus in Commercial/Business Litigation
Open to seeing candidates wanting to make a move from Insurance Defense to more general Commercial Litigation
Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar
Consistent job tenure - no job hopping
Solid experience taking depositions, motion practice, and possibly taking a case to trial
