LHH is partnering with a growing commercial contractor in DFW as they seek an experienced Division Manager to lead the operational and financial performance of a commercial interiors division. This leader will oversee P&L, mentor project managers, support estimating strategy, and strengthen relationships with general contractors to improve win rates and division efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own full P&L for the division and ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Oversee estimating priorities, review scopes, and support bid strategy.
- Coach and develop PMs on project execution, client management, and field coordination.
- Lead client development efforts, especially bridging relationships between GC estimators and GC project managers to strengthen award likelihood.
- Identify process improvements in scheduling, project controls, manpower planning, and communication.
- Collaborate with field leaders to maintain safety, quality, and production standards.
Candidate Profile
- Strong background in commercial paint with deep understanding of materials, finishes, and construction nuances.
- Experience supervising PMs, estimators, or field leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to improve operational performance and bid‑to‑award conversion.
- Professional maturity to lead teams, influence processes, and represent the company with clients.
- Comfortable in a hands‑on, fast‑moving environment with daily onsite presence.
