What You’ll Do
- Oversee day-to-day site operations for large multi-family projects from groundbreaking through completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and on-site activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Enforce jobsite safety standards and maintain a clean, compliant working environment.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Owners, and Architects to resolve issues and maintain project momentum.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to plans, specs, and company standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multi-family construction (garden-style, wrap, podium, or high-density experience all considered).
- Proven track record overseeing large, ground-up multi-family projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and maintain productive jobsite environments.
- Solid understanding of scheduling, construction sequencing, and subcontractor management.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and long-term employment.
