Construction Superintendent to lead the execution of high-value, ground-up commercial projects across Dade County. These are complex builds exceeding $20 million — from corporate headquarters and retail centers to institutional facilities. Key Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain strict adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards
- Conduct daily site inspections and progress meetings
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and clients
- Ensure compliance with local codes, permitting, and inspection requirements
- Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep projects on track
What You Need To Be Successful
- Minimum 8 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial ground-up construction
- Proven success managing projects valued at $20M+
- Deep understanding of structural systems, site development, and vertical construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites
