VOYlegal is assisting a full-service law firm on its search for a Corporate Associate Attorney in its Hartford, CT office. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in the corporate group of a law firm. Experience with mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, contracts, and/or corporate governance matters is required. Private equity experience is preferred. Admission to the Connecticut bar is required.
