About the Role

We are seeking an Analyst, Private Credit, a recent graduate or, up to 1-year of professional experience. This position is on-site, full-time, at our corporate headquarters in Cranford, New Jersey. As an Analyst, you will play an integral role in every stage of the investment process—from market research and underwriting to loan workouts and asset management. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from senior professionals with deep experience across real estate private equity, capital markets, and investment banking. You will develop a robust foundation in residential real estate, valuation, financial modeling, market analytics, investment strategy, portfolio management, and transaction management—skills that will serve as a lifelong toolkit for a career in private credit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support underwriting, due diligence, and execution of real estate investments across multiple property types and capital structures
  • Build and maintain detailed pitch books, market / sensitivity analyses and return projections
  • Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and prepare investment memoranda for internal and external stakeholders
  • Partner with senior professionals to evaluate portfolio performance and identify value creation opportunities
  • Develop relationships with operating partners, lenders, and other market participants

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier program in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 0–1 year(s) of relevant experience
  • Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and desire to work in a high performance, team environment
