Join Our Team at Alpha Dental Franklin – Dental Assistant Wanted!
What You’ll Do
- Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and maintain clinical standards
- Take digital X-rays and impressions (experience preferred)
- Review medical histories and help educate patients on oral health
- Support front-office flow when needed — we’re a team that helps each other
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients of all ages
Who You Are
- Experienced in a dental setting (preferred), with strong knowledge of chairside assisting
- Friendly, calm under pressure, and truly patient-oriented
- Reliable, detail-driven, and committed to high-quality standards
- A team player who values collaboration and professionalism
- Radiology certification is a plus
