Design Project Manager
Location: Philadelphia, PA (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)
Duration: Contract until EOY
Pay rate: $35-$40/hr
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project management efforts for our app design projects, overseeing multiple workstreams.
- Provide regular updates and insights to executive leadership.
- Partner with product teams to define and document requirements for new feature development.
- Develop and maintain quarterly project plans with clear estimations, dependencies, and milestone tracking.
- Coordinate shared resources across multiple teams to support a suite of interconnected applications.
- Facilitate collaboration across design, research, and business units to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of Digital/Design Project Management experience.
- Experience working with multiple teams cross-functionally.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.
- Experience managing multiple projects at the same time.
