Job Description

Insight Global's top healthcare client is hiring THREE (3) Desktop Support Technicians to work onsite in Walnut Creek, CA. These are 3-month contracts with possibilities to extend; we have one and done interviews and will move quickly with this process.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1+ year of Desktop Support Experience - experience installing, deploying, and troubleshooting hardware and software - experience making detailed records of workflow management - customer support experience for internal users, external customers, and vendors - experience adhering to SLAs - access to reliable transportation (travel from site to site will be reimbursed by client) - experience with ticketing systems - coachable attitude

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- desktop support experience in a healthcare setting

Compensation :

$20-$24hr USD.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
