Electrical Project Scheduler (Electrical Construction)

Blackwater Electric Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Electrical Project Scheduler to join our team. This role supports scheduling efforts for electrical, communications, fire alarm, and security projects across commercial, government, and industrial sectors.
What You'll Do:
- Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
- Collaborate with project teams to define timelines, sequencing, and resource allocation
- Perform critical path analysis and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
- Identify potential delays and recommend recovery strategies
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders
- Assist in manpower forecasting and support Procore-based look-ahead planning
What You'll Need:
- Bachelors degree or 3+ years of construction scheduling experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Ability to read construction drawings and perform critical path scheduling
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or Computer Ease
- Understanding of NEC and electrical construction processes
