We are looking for a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on developing advanced composite materials and resin systems for industrial applications. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Oversee the design, development, and optimization of composite materials and resin formulations for diverse applications.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery of engineering initiatives.
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, and quality teams to translate customer requirements into practical solutions.
- Implement best practices for process improvement, testing, and compliance with industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes and product performance.
- Serve as a technical advisor for troubleshooting and problem resolution in production environments.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in polymer chemistry, composites, or resin systems.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and quality systems in manufacturing environments.
