Your First Year Roadmap:

Who You Are:
- BS or MS in Civil/Structural Engineering (steel coursework preferred)
- Proficient or familiar with STAAD PRO, RAM, AutoCAD, Excel, Word
- Strong communicator, collaborative, and eager to learn
