Our client is a well-established firm known for trust, responsiveness, and thoughtful long-term planning. They are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to serve a loyal client base and help guide families and individuals through every stage of their estate planning journey.
What You’ll Do
- Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney , and other estate planning documents
- Advise clients on estate, gift, and inheritance tax considerations
- Partner with colleagues on trust administration and probate matters
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized service
What We’re Looking For
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Tennessee bar license (or eligible for admission)
- 3+ years of estate planning experience preferred
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
