Job Description

As our client's Event & Brand Manager, you’ll lead how our client shows up at healthcare industry events, conferences, and trade shows – ensuring our presence reflects the innovation, compassion, and expertise that define our brand. You’ll be the point person for event strategy, logistics, and execution, creating memorable experiences that connect with clients, prospects, and partners across the healthcare ecosystem. You’ll also support their social media presence (primarily LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook) that highlight our brand story year-round to both prospects and their international nurse community. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leaders, clients, and industry stakeholders. It’s ideal for someone who thrives in the fast-paced world of healthcare events and wants to shape how a growing company shows up on the national stage.

What You Will Own:

Event & Trade Show Management

• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of client's presence at healthcare conferences, trade shows, and client events.

• Oversee all event logistics – booth design, branding, staffing, travel, swag, and vendor coordination.

• Partner with Sales and Growth teams to align event strategy with business goals and maximize lead generation.

• Manage event budgets, contracts, and post-show ROI reporting.

• Identify new event opportunities that align with client's strategic priorities and market positioning.

• Occasionally represent client at key events, ensuring a polished, professional, and on brand presence.

• Develop playbooks and scalable processes for consistent, high-quality event execution.

Social Media & Brand Amplification

• Support client's corporate social media strategy (primarily LinkedIn) to highlight events, thought leadership, and culture.

• Support internationally educated nurse community with engaging social media campaigns (primarily Instagram and Facebook) to create community and educational materials.

• Create and schedule content that complements event activity and strengthens brand visibility.

• Collaborate with the Nurse Recruitment team leaders to extend employer brand reach.

• Track analytics and optimize engagement based on data and insights.

What You Need:

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare marketing, with a strong track record leading healthcare conferences, trade shows, and industry events from strategy through execution.

• Deep understanding of healthcare audiences – from hospital executives to payers and providers – and how to engage them effectively through event experiences.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining precision and polish.

• Hands-on experience with end-to-end event logistics, including vendor management, booth design, travel coordination, and post-event reporting.

• Confident representing a healthcare brand at national and regional events, collaborating closely with sales and executive leadership.

• Proficiency in social media strategy and execution across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook, with an understanding of how to extend brand impact digitally.

• Strong writing and organizational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

• Familiarity with event tools (Cvent, Bizzabo, etc.) and social media scheduling platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, etc.).

• Ability to travel up to 20% for national healthcare conferences and internal activations.

• Based in Nashville preferred or remote within the U.S., with occasional travel to HQ.

• Experience or education in marketing communications, public relations, or media.

• Graphic design or Canva skills for quick-turn social or booth assets.

• Familiarity with healthcare media outlets or associations (AHA, AHIP, Becker’s, etc.).

• Background in global or high-growth organizations navigating multiple time zones and stakeholders.
