Franchise Business Coach

Position Summary

Cabinet IQ is seeking an experienced Franchise Business Coach to support and elevate our growing network of franchise owners. This role is responsible for driving franchisee performance through structured business reviews, KPI accountability, and ongoing coaching and development.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to franchise owners, helping them operate at a high level while protecting and strengthening the Cabinet IQ brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one coaching and support to franchise owners through virtual meetings, training sessions, and on-site visits as needed
  • Conduct regular business reviews focused on KPIs, financial performance, sales execution, and operational excellence
  • Assess individual franchisee needs and deliver customized, prescriptive coaching, tools, and resources
  • Audit franchise operations to ensure brand standards, systems, and processes are being followed consistently
  • Educate, advocate for, and reinforce Cabinet IQ brand standards and best practices
  • Maintain detailed, organized records of franchisee interactions, action plans, and progress
  • Collaborate with internal teams on special projects and system improvements
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support franchisee success

Home services or construction industry experience is a plus.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in franchise support, franchise coaching, or a similar advisory role
  • Proven ability to diagnose business challenges and develop practical, effective solutions
  • Strong consultative coaching skills with a genuine passion for serving franchise owners
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple franchise partners
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to system-wide initiatives

Experience Requirements
  • Business coaching experience: 5 years required
  • Franchise experience: 2 years preferred

Travel
  • Willingness to travel up to 50 percent
