Role Description

This is an on-site role based in Landover, MD, for a Fulfillment Specialist / Warehouse Manager. The role involves overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing stock and inventory, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and optimizing storage and workflows. The Specialist/Manager will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Stock Control, Inventory Control, and Inventory Management
• Strong knowledge of and experience in Operations Management
• Hands-on experience with warehouse equipment
• Excellent organizational, people management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant training is a benefit
• Certification to use forklift is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and positive, can-do attitude required

Compensation

$23/hour, 35 hours per week (additional hours as required)
