Job Description
Position Summary: This position is responsible for developing and executing test plans associated with Networking hardware products. Debug HW through the use of tests and Test Equipment to apply and maintain quality standards for Hardware products. Works closely with MFG to ensure the Product transition from NPI to MFG is successful. Collaborates with peers and assigned Project teams. Requires direct management to complete the majority of development tasks.
Qualifications:
- Typically 1-3 years of experience in PCA or System Level MFG Test.
- BS/BA in Electrical Engineering or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Physical Demands and Work Environment
- The majority of Duties are performed in a typical office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. At times, Duties will be performed in an MFG area or a Lab.
- Duties require the ability to utilize a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
- Duties may require being on call periodically or working outside regular working hours (evenings and weekends).
- Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane, approximately 5% of the time spent traveling.
- Job requires the ability to lift to 50 lbs.
