Job Title: Harvest Supervisor
Position Type: Full Time
We are looking for a hands-on, people-focused leader to join our Harvest Department as a Harvest Supervisor . In this role, you’ll oversee a production line of 35+ team members, ensuring safety, product quality, and operational efficiency. You’ll play a key part in building a positive work culture while driving results that meet both customer expectations and business goals.
Lead and motivate your team through clear communication, coaching, and development.
Oversee daily operations of the harvest line, ensuring production goals are consistently met or exceeded.
Monitor throughput and efficiency, taking proactive steps to improve productivity and quality.
Foster a safe work environment by enforcing company and regulatory safety standards.
Ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements.
Partner with leadership to address employee performance, training, and development needs.
Complete daily production reports and maintain accurate records.
Promote teamwork, problem-solving, and continuous improvement across your line.
Strong leadership skills with prior supervisory experience (meat industry experience a plus).
Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully within a diverse workforce.
Comfortable making decisions, coaching others, and holding team members accountable.
Must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
Ability to read, write, and speak English.
Commitment to safety and quality standards.
Ability to work on your feet in a hot environment for 8–10+ hours/day.
Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment.
