I am looking for a strong HVAC Technical who is looking to pivot their career into a full time Instructor at a great Technical college in Montgomery AL.

We’re looking for passionate, certified tradespeople with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our instructional team.

No prior teaching experience required – we’ll provide the tools and support you need to succeed in the classroom.

Requirements:

• EPA Universal
• HVAC Certified
• Journeyman preferred but not required
• Minimum 5 years in HVAC field experience
• Passion for mentoring and training new professionals
