Pay: $21-$23/hr. DOE
Position type: Full-time, Evaluation Hire
Schedule/Hours: Friday -Tuesday 10:00am-6:00pm, Sundays 12pm-5pm

Express Employment Professionals of Centennial and Castle Rock is hiring a Leasing Agent for an apartment property in Parker, CO! The ideal candidate will have experience in predominantly Accounts receivable roles with other accounting responsibilities.

Job Highlights:

- Welcome new guests and residents into the community
- Direct and take phone calls with entry of information into computer systems
- Signing paperwork regarding leases while walking through new residents
- Helping with service requests and connecting with other team members to complete tasks
- Helping with events on site for the community to help engage those living on the property
- Sales of apartments and customer service forward facing engagements
