Job Description

Tarvos Talent is looking to hire an Asset Management Associate. You’ll play a pivotal role in maximizing the value of a national portfolio of assets through strategic analysis, financial planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will support the Asset Management team by providing operational insights, market research, and data-driven recommendations to drive asset performance and enhance investor outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in asset management, real estate private equity, investment banking, or a similar analytical role
• Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in Excel and an understanding of valuation, IRR, and waterfall analysis
• Transaction experience
