The Marketing Specialist will contribute to a team dedicated to exceeding client expectations and finding innovative ways to enhance services. This position focuses on creating proposals, presentations, marketing collateral, graphics, communications, content, and coordinating events. Key Responsibilities:
· Design and produce professional-quality proposals (using Adobe InDesign) and presentations (using PowerPoint) tailored to specific clients and projects.
· Collaborate and lead internal teams to gather content and ensure materials align with brand standards.
· Support the planning and execution of company events, including logistics and promotional materials.
· Assist in coordinating conferences, trade shows, and other marketing-related events.
· Develop engaging marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and promotional items.
· Create visually compelling graphics using Adobe Creative Suite, maintaining consistent brand identity.
· Assist in drafting and editing written content for marketing campaigns and collateral.
· Manage and create content for various platforms and purposes, enhancing the company’s online presence.
· Maintain organized project files and track deadlines for multiple assignments.
· Participate in team meetings, offering creative input and solutions for marketing initiatives.

$100,000 to $135,000 per year annual salary.
