About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our Home Health team . This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to make a meaningful impact by helping patients regain independence in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide in-home occupational therapy services to patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional abilities.
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home safety.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OTR) license in Michigan.
- Some experience in Home Health or related setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
- Reliable transportation for home visits.
