Job Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Office Services Associate to join our client’s team in Denver, CO. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day back-office and administrative support, ensuring operational efficiency and excellent service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to support various office functions including reprographics, mail, hospitality, and conference room management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize appropriate logs and tracking tools for all office services work.
  • Perform office services functions including reprographics, mail, and intake processing in accordance with established procedures.
  • Maintain and tidy conference rooms, restock supplies, and perform general office replenishment duties.
  • Operate office machinery such as copiers, scanners, and mail equipment; load paper, toner, and other supplies as needed.
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate when necessary.
  • Prioritize workflow and ensure that all assigned tasks meet contracted deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members regarding deadlines, issues, or updates.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality in all completed work through quality assurance checks.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Adhere to all Williams Lea and client site policies and procedures.
  • Interact professionally with clients in person, over the phone, or via email.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of office services experience , preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment .
  • Proficient with mail, phone, email, and digital reprographics systems and equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional telephone and email etiquette.
  • Proven customer service experience with a commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in accordance with business needs and policies.
  • Team-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude.
