Position Summary
The Office Services Associate plays a key role in supporting daily office operations for our client site. This position involves performing a variety of administrative and back-office tasks, including reprographics, mail and print services, office supply replenishment, and general support across hospitality, facilities, and audio/visual needs.
This is an on-site role in a fast-paced corporate environment where professionalism, reliability, and teamwork are essential.
Responsibilities
- Utilize appropriate logs and systems to record all office services activity.
- Perform reprographics, mailroom, and intake functions following established procedures.
- Process and deliver jobs within required deadlines, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Maintain conference rooms, replenish office supplies, and ensure common areas remain organized.
- Load and maintain office equipment with paper, toner, and supplies.
- Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and escalate when necessary.
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and place service calls as needed.
- Interact professionally with clients in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Adhere to Williams Lea and client site policies.
- Safely lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Prioritize workflow and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of office services experience , preferably in a legal, banking, or large corporate environment .
- Proficiency with mail, phone, email, and digital reprographics equipment.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a team setting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work occasional overtime as needed.
