Role Description
Seeking a Jr to Mid level USPTO registered associate attorney or patent agent, with 2-6 years of experience in patent preparation, prosecution and counseling. Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, a advanced degree (Ph.D. preferred) in Biological sciences/Chemistry and be registered USPTO. Responsibilities include; patent application drafting, managing patent portfolios, conducting patentability, freedom-to-operate, invalidity search and analysis; analyzing technical documents to assist with patent prosecution, counseling, post-grant proceedings, and litigation assistance.
