- Area of Focus - Core Actions
- Backend Engineering -Code complex logic using advanced Activities, Job Schedulers, and Queue Processors.
- Pega CDH Configure Next-Best-Action strategies, Data Flows, and adaptive models.
- Architecture - Lead migration to Pega Constellation architecture and implement DX APIs.
- Integration - Build high-volume REST/Kafka integrations and write custom Java wrappers.
- Workflow - Architect complex Case Management for long-running transactions and sub-processes.
- Performance - Optimize database queries, agent processing, and decisioning speed.
- Governance - Conduct deep-dive code reviews focusing on memory, threading, and Guardrail compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) – Mandatory.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 12+ years of total software development experience.
- Minimum 9 years of hands-on Pega development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity 8.8+ or Pega '23.
- Core Pega - Deep expertise in Class Structure Design, ECS, Agent/Queue Processor management, and Data Pages (Keyed, Editable, SOR patterns).
- Pega CDH Strategy Builder, NBA Designer, Adaptive/Predictive Models, Interaction History, and Real-time Data Flows.
