The Role
We’re looking for a Bilingual (Japanese–English) Performance Designer to create and refine high-performing ads across TikTok, Meta, and YouTube.
This role is for a designer who understands how creative drives results—someone who can combine visual craft with direct-response thinking. You’ll translate performance data and audience insights into creative that’s clear, scroll-stopping, and built to convert.
You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, editors, and creative directors to concept, test, and scale ad creative across multiple brands and categories. The ideal candidate is fast, thoughtful, and deeply fluent in the language of paid social.
