About the Role
We’re hiring a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a weekday outpatient clinic focused on occupational health. Responsibilities
- Conduct patient exams and compile medical histories
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (e.g., x-rays, EKGs, labs)
- Perform procedures including injections, immunizations, suturing, wound care, and infection management
- Develop and implement patient management plans and ensure continuity of care
- Counsel patients on therapeutic regimens and health maintenance
- Participate in policy development and educational programming
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Deliver compassionate care and uphold service standards
- Collaborate with clinical teams and adapt to changing business needs
- Seek opportunities for professional growth and training
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related health field
- Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program
- Active state license and DEA registration (required prior to start)
- FMCSA NRCME certification (required prior to start; CME provided if needed)
- Board certification
- Preferred: 1+ year experience in occupational medicine, urgent care, or emergency settings
- Procedural proficiency (e.g., suturing, foreign body removal) preferred

- Knowledge of occupational medicine, clinical operations, and workers’ compensation procedures
