Plastic Surgeon
Location: Southwest Florida
Compensation: $250,000–$500,000 base salary + commission
A nationally recognized and highly respected aesthetic surgery practice is seeking a board-certified Plastic Surgeon to join its expanding team.
This is a full-time surgical opportunity within a multi-site organization offering a broad spectrum of cosmetic procedures in a supportive, high-performance environment.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Plastic Surgeon with a commitment to outstanding surgical outcomes and long-term patient care.
You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering excellence in cosmetic surgery while helping shape the future of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of aesthetic surgical procedures, including:
- Rhinoplasty
- Face lifts
- Eyelid surgery
- Breast procedures (augmentation, lift, reduction)
- Body contouring (e.g., liposuction, abdominoplasty)
- Conduct thorough consultations, pre-op assessments, and post-op care
- Ensure surgical suite readiness and collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality care
- Participate in clinical development, patient education, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Minimum 3 years of experience performing cosmetic procedures
- Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement in aesthetic care
