Are you a hands-on Civil Engineer who loves site design as much as project leadership?
We’re looking for a Project Engineer (PE) who can balance technical design work with project ownership — someone who thrives in Civil 3D, collaborates closely with architects and clients, and enjoys mentoring junior engineers along the way.
What You’ll Do
- Lead site development and land development projects from concept to construction.
- Design grading, drainage, utilities, and site plans using Civil 3D .
- Work directly with architects, developers, and permitting agencies.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communication.
- Train and support junior team members (especially in our Tulsa office).
- Help shape practical, creative, and efficient design solutions.
What You’ll Bring
- PE license with 8–12 years of civil/site design experience.
- Proven background in site or land development — commercial, residential, or healthcare projects.
- Strong hands-on Civil 3D design skills (must be current).
- Experience managing projects and mentoring others.
- Great communication skills and an eye for detail.
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (Master’s a plus).
