This role plays a vital part in securing new business by preparing accurate, detailed bids for a variety of projects — including multi-family, hospitality, religious, medical office, and light industrial developments. The ideal candidate will bring energy, precision, and a passion for building lasting industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze bid specifications, drawings, and other documents to determine full scope of work and required resources.

  • Collaborate closely with general contractors and trade partners throughout the bid process.
  • Conduct site visits when needed to assess project conditions.
  • Manage the full bid cycle — from initial receipt to final submission — ensuring competitive, accurate proposals that align with company standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external clients to support project success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or 3+ years of experience preparing bids and reading construction drawings.
  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and specifications.
  • Experience with estimating software (e.g., AutoCAD, PlanSwift) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
  • Professional, team-oriented, and committed to delivering quality results.

What’s Offered:

  • Competitive salary based on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Career development and advancement opportunities.
  • Supportive, team-focused environment with a strong emphasis on safety and innovation.
