Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Project Executive to oversee large-scale mechanical construction projects. This role demands a dynamic leader with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering quality work while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

The Project Executive will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving operational performance through leadership and cross- departmental coordination. This individual will embody professionalism, demonstrate

initiative, and exemplify the organization’s core values through their conduct and decision- making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to support business growth and repeat opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary pointof responsibility for financial outcomesacross assigned projects and teams.
  • Lead the integration of company resourcesacross departments to support the successful execution of each project.
  • Manage teams with adaptability and purpose, often leading cross-functional groups for specialized or fast-paced initiatives.
  • Provide direction and oversight for Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, Construction, and Service functions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive preconstruction activities such as estimating, conceptual planning, proposal development, presentations, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop and maintain project budgets; ensure expenses are controlled within set parameters while safeguarding the company’s financial interests.
  • Produce necessary documentation, including proposals, contracts, memos, and change orders, to ensure clarity, legal soundness, and operational effectiveness.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HVAC-focused construction projects.
  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience in sales, estimating, design, and full project lifecycle management for projects ranging from $50K to $25M+.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred. Advanced degrees (MBA, master’s level) or a current Professional Engineer (PE) license are considered strong assets.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complexHVAC projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent skills in communication, time management, presentation, and organization.
