Responsibilities/Qualifications:
- Experience with Commercial Construction Project Management
- Prepare bids, proposals, and quantity breakdowns
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Support existing client relationships and develop new ones
- Proficiency with Bluebeam
- Familiarity with roofing and sheet metal a plus
