Job Description

Precision Watches , an Official Rolex Jeweler and leader in the luxury timepiece industry, is seeking a creative and organized Event & PR Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role is ideal for a polished, proactive professional who thrives on creating memorable experiences, building community relationships, and sharing the story of a world-class luxury brand.

The Event & PR Coordinator will assist with planning and executing Precision’s in-store and off-site events, as well as developing local PR and community outreach initiatives that strengthen our brand presence and client relationships. This individual will work closely with our marketing and Executive team to ensure every detail reflects the precision and excellence our brand represents.

Salary: $65,000 per year and up, based on experience.

Note: Full-time, onsite position — five days per week at our Lower Gwynedd showroom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and execute client events, brand activations, and community partnerships.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including vendor communication, invitations, décor, catering, and guest experience.
  • Manage PR and outreach efforts with local media, community organizations, and charitable partners.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community leaders to build brand connections.
  • Attend Chamber of Commerce events and other local functions to represent Precision and strengthen community ties.
  • Collaborate with the in-store sales team to create special client experiences, private appointments, and celebrations.
  • Maintain event timelines, budgets, and post-event reporting.
  • Assist the marketing team with event communications — from invitations and press releases to social media updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and brand partners to ensure brand standards and guidelines are upheld.
  • Track opportunities for community engagement and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or PR (luxury, retail, or hospitality experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Professional presence and ability to represent the brand with polish and poise.
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and event/project management tools.
  • Availability to work occasional evenings or weekends during events.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $65,000 per year and up, based on experience.
  • Full benefits package including health insurance, PTO, paid holidays, a retirement plan with match, and employee discounts.
  • A modern, high-performing workplace with a collaborative, supportive team.
  • Opportunity to work with a trusted name in luxury watches and industry-leading technology.

At Precision, we’re more than a luxury watch destination — we’re a team dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences and fostering lasting relationships with our clients and community. We take pride in maintaining an atmosphere built on professionalism, warmth, and genuine connection.

We’re looking for a polished professional who is passionate about creating meaningful experiences and helping us continue to grow and elevate the Precision brand.
