Hours: 7 AM - 7 PM Thurs-Saturday (36 Hrs)
Need someone with Injection Molding experience
Job Description
- Perform incoming material verification and sampling inspection.
- Conduct first article inspections for injection-molded components.
- Execute in-process inspections including Visual inspection, Dimensional measurements, Functional testing
- Identify and trace non-conforming products during production.
- Conduct final inspections for packaging and labeling before releasing to warehouse.
- Update SIP (Standard Inspection Procedures) documents as needed.
- Support calibration management of testing and measurement equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or technical school graduate.
- Prior experience in product inspection or quality control preferred .
- Experience in medical consumables or plastic injection molding is a plus .
- Basic understanding of quality concepts and problem-solving logic.
- Able to use measurement tools such as microscopes, calipers and projectors .
- Proficient in basic office software (e.g., Excel, Word).
- Familiarity with plastic components and visual/dimensional inspection criteria.
- Understanding of ISO 13485 quality system requirements is preferred.
Bonus Qualifications
- Basic Mandarin language communication/reading/writing skills
- Working knowledge of an injection molding facility
