Responsibilities:
Prospecting for new clients (inside sales)
Managing client relationships
Recruiting candidates for both contract and permanent positions
Coaching and managing the performance of contract employees
Requirements:
Driven to build a successful career in the staffing and recruiting industry
Motivated to help others and make a difference in people's lives
Capable of generating client leads and sourcing talent through cold calls, social media, job boards and referrals
Previous inside or outside sales experience is a benefit
Strong interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
Positive, friendly and upbeat personality
Associates degree or offsetting experience
Microsoft Office computer skills
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
