Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions and outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Deliver safe, effective nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures
- Coordinate patient care and communicate plans with the care team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Advocate for patients and families; provide education and support
- Respond promptly to patient needs and concerns
- Support patient- and family-centered care practices
- Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
- Maintain licensure, certifications, and required training
- Mentor and support other nursing staff as needed
- Uphold professional conduct, ethics, and shared governance principles
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills; Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
- Ability to develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
- Excellent communication and care coordination skills
- Proficiency in clinical documentation and compliance standards
- Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary care team
- Willingness to participate in performance improvement initiatives
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and shared governance
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
- Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
- BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
- Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
- Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
