Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Staff Accountants
- Manage and oversee the month-end close process
- Conduct technical accounting research
- Collaborate closely with the FP&A team
- Prepare and review financial reports
- Support special projects and strategic initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- CPA designation or plans to sit for the CPA exam
- 3+ years of experience in public accounting and/or corporate accounting
