Senior (Claim) Scheduler
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze the validations of the update schedules in Primavera P6 submitted by the subcontractors and identify the critical path and near critical paths
- Assess Extension of Time claim from the subcontractors based on clarification and collaboration with Construction team/Project Control team
- Conduct delay analysis such as Window Analysis as per AACE 29R-03 and other industry protocols
- Support Project Control team to communicate and negotiate with subcontractors regarding Extension of Time claim
- Write an assessment report and a response letter to the subcontractors’ Extension of Time claim
- Assist Contracts Claim Manager to manage claims and disputes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with disciplines such as Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical or in Construction Management
- More than 5 years’ experience in relevant role requiring expertise in scheduling, project control, and delay analysis.
- Advanced experience with Primavera P6 including critical path analysis and productivity analysis
- Experience in contract management in relation to construction claims and disputes
- Strong computer and organizational skills (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable, team-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
