• Managing commercial construction projects from precon to close-out with absolute ownership.

• Running schedules, budgets, subs, and documentation with discipline and precision.

• Enforcing systems, repeatable workflows, and standardized processes across every stage of the project.

• Ensuring projects are delivered safely, profitably, and on time, without excuses.
