Job Title: Salesforce Developer / Engineer
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite)
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Rate: Up to $110/hr
Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer / Engineer for a 6-month onsite contract in Seattle, Washington . The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Salesforce expert with strong Apex development and integration experience , capable of designing and delivering scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions using Apex , Visualforce , Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and SOQL/SOSL .
- Collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to transform business requirements into effective technical designs.
- Develop and maintain API integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST, SOAP, and middleware tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica) .
- Optimize and enhance existing Salesforce applications for performance, scalability, and user experience.
- Follow Salesforce best practices including code quality standards, testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines .
- Provide support for production issues, troubleshoot errors, and perform debugging as needed.
- Work collaboratively onsite in Seattle with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification (Required)
- 5+ years of professional Salesforce development experience
- Proven experience developing custom integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
- Advanced knowledge of Apex , Visualforce , LWC , and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security
- Experience with Salesforce DX and version control tools (GitHub, Bitbucket)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work onsite in Seattle, WA
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with MuleSoft , Salesforce Data Cloud , or Experience Cloud
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum development methodologies
