Your Role: What You’ll Be Doing
- Install residential garage doors and openers with precision and safety
- Diagnose and repair issues such as broken springs, cables, or track misalignments
- Provide honest, solution-focused recommendations to customers
- Deliver high-quality service with professionalism, reliability, and respect
- Ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company standards
Minimum Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in residential garage door installation and repair
- At least 1 year of experience in construction or a related field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, climb, and perform physical work in various environments
- Availability for a 40-hour work week
- Authorization to work in the United States
Compensation & Schedule
- Earnings: $20-$30 per hour (based on experience)
