Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist - LTC
Location: Utica, New York, 13502 (75-mile radius rule - travel)
Shift: 7AM - 3:30PM
Start Date: 01/19/2026 - 04/19/2026
Job Type: Contract (Full Time)
Pay Details for 40 Guaranteed Hours:
Gross Weekly: $3400
Taxable Weekly: $2160
Stpend Weekly: $1240
Requirement:
- Will take locals - local rate will apply (less than 75 miles)
- MUST HAVE LTC EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of a college/university accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association
- with a degree in Speech Language Pathology.
- Current NYS license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Eligible for or holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech Language Pathology from the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Excellent communication skills to communicate with patients, medical and house staff. Excellent
- assessment skills to make accurate prognosis of patient potential and guide the individual to
- achieve that potential.
- Proficient with MS Office and Epic\EMR software.
- Knowledge of the PDPM reimbursement system
